Software Engineer (Backend)
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain truck2hand.com, fleet management system, CarsX.info end-to-end, across backend, and third-party integrations.
Design and build high-quality backend services with a focus on correctness, reliability, security, and scalability.
Write clean, maintainable object-oriented code, applying appropriate design patterns and engineering principles.
Collaborate on domain modeling, API design, database schema design, and system architecture, using Domain Driven Design where appropriate.
Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to turn business requirements into robust product solutions.
Conduct thoughtful code reviews and help raise engineering standards across the team.
Improve system quality through performance optimization, monitoring, logging, testing, CI/CD, and reliability practices.
Use AI-assisted development and modern engineering tools effectively while maintaining strong judgment and code quality.
This is a hands-on individual contributor role, with coding as a core responsibility—not a people-management role.
