Software Engineer (Based in Bulacan)

We're looking for a Software Engineer to join our Information Systems team. You'll work across full-stack development, systems integration, and internal tooling, taking ownership of features end-to‑end and contributing to technical decisions along the way. This role suits an engineer with a few years of hands‑on experience who can work independently, occasionally guide junior teammates.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain features across front‑end (React) and back‑end (PHP/Laravel or similar) applications with minimal supervision
• Contribute to the design of internal tools, dashboards, and automation workflows
• Implement and maintain APIs and third‑party integrations (billing systems, ticketing, messaging, identity verification, etc.)
• Write clean, testable, well‑documented code and actively participate in code reviews
• Use AI coding assistants (e.g., Cursor, Claude, Copilot) effectively as part of your daily workflow, and help share best practices with the team
• Debug and troubleshoot moderately complex issues across the stack, including with the help of AI tools where appropriate
• Provide guidance and code review feedback to junior engineers

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4 years of professional software development experience
• Good understanding of REST APIs and experience integrating third‑party systems
• Practical experience using AI coding tools (Cursor, ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, etc.) for coding, debugging, or documentation
• Comfortable with Git and standard version control workflows, including branching and code review processes
• Good problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently on well‑scoped tasks
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across product, QA, and other engineering teams

Nice to Have

• Experience working in AI‑assisted IDEs like Cursor for codebase navigation and refactoring
• Exposure to workflow automation tools (e.g., n8n, Zapier)
• Some experience mentoring or supporting junior engineers
