Founded by MIT and Stanford graduates, BoostDraft has grown rapidly, reaching over 10,000 active paid users and securing long‑term contracts with enterprises and law firms, achieving profitability without outside funding for almost four years.
Technical Challenges We Solve
- Performance improvement using both partial and full analysis
- Synchronization between user input and on‑memory text
- Cache efficiency to increase highlight performance during and after user input
- Security‑preserving Natural Language Processing such as Federated Learning
Responsibilities
- Design and implement classes and methods for an IDE for documents
- Refactor existing code to improve extensibility
- Interview with users to understand daily work and pain points
- Propose innovative and feasible ideas to achieve new features
Languages: C#, (partially) Rust, Python.
Frameworks: .NET Framework 4.8, .NET 8.0.
Databases: SQLite, Amazon RDS.
Logs: AWS CloudWatch, Elasticsearch + Kibana, BigQuery.
CI/CD: GitHub, GitHub Actions (Self‑hosted runner on Windows), Azure DevOps.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Fluent coding with C# (minimum 2 years of corporate experience)
- Fluent in English communication
- Experience developing a user‑facing product
- Belief in clean, efficient code
- Experience with GitHub
- Understanding of CI/CD concepts
- Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field
- Ability to communicate ideas concisely
- Understanding of diversity and commitment to inclusive environment
- Experience in fostering a psychologically safe workplace
Nice-to-Have
- Previous startup experience
- Fluent in Korean communication
