Boxy is redefining productivity with agents that seamlessly connects to the tools and apps individuals use daily — across messaging platforms like WhatsApp, Instagram, iMessage, and LinkedIn Messages.
Role Description- Designing, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining the Company's software products, systems, and infrastructure;
- Building and improving AI‑related product features, workflows, integrations, and internal tools — including integrations with messaging platforms such as WhatsApp, Instagram, iMessage, and LinkedIn Messages;
- Contributing to backend services, APIs, data pipelines, and production systems;
- Researching and implementing on‑device AI/ML capabilities in line with Boxy's privacy‑first architecture;
- Monitoring, troubleshooting, and improving performance, reliability, scalability, and security;
- Collaborating with relevant team members to define, implement, and iterate on product features;
- Performing such other duties as may reasonably be assigned by the Company consistent with your role, skills, and seniority.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field from theNational University of Singapore (NUS) or Nanyang Technological University (NTU)
- Must be a Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident— we are unable to provide visa sponsorship
- Strong proficiency in Computer Science concepts, data structures, and system design
- Hands‑on experience with backend web development, APIs, and distributed systems
- Strong programming skills with a focus on performance, scalability, and clean code
