Software Engineer - Build Platform- Leading High Frequency Trading Firm
They are looking for exceptional engineers who want to shape the future of C++ builds across the firm. You'll design and roll out modern systems that accelerate build times, improve reliability and create a more consistent developer experience. To do this, you will develop common build libraries, reusable CI/CD pipelines and container images, and build observability into the platform to measure performance, reliability & adoption, and use that data to guide further improvements. You'll work closely with engineering teams to understand friction in existing workflows, turning those problems into scalable solutions, and helping them adopt new tools.
Joining a highly talented and growing DevEx team, you'll be expected to have a passion for improving developer productivity and a desire to help engineers and agents to move from idea to production-ready software with speed and confidence.

- Significant experience with CI/CD platforms (e.g. GitHub Actions, Buildkite, Jenkins or similar)
