Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated C++ Developer to join the Summit team.
As a C++ Developer, you will be part of a collaborative engineering team responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions. You will contribute to the full software development lifecycle, working closely with product owners, business analysts, QA engineers, and fellow developers to deliver robust and scalable applications.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain clean, efficient, and reliable C++ applications.
Participate in software architecture, design, and code review discussions.
Analyze requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects and performance issues.
Write and execute unit and integration tests to ensure software quality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver product enhancements and new features.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including development practices, tools, and processes.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Support production environments and investigate customer-reported issues when required.
Create and maintain technical documentation related to developed solutions.
Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
2 years+ experience developing software applications using C++.
Good understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
Experience with debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
Familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git).
Familiarity with REST APIs and data formats such as JSON or XML.
Understanding of relational databases and SQL.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
Nice to Have
Exposure to C# or Java.
Familiarity with multi-threaded and distributed applications.
Knowledge of financial services or capital markets domain.
Experience working in Agile development environments.
Understanding of cloud technologies and CI/CD practices.
