Software Engineer; C++ / Python / Linux (Automotive)
About the Role:
This position involves joining a development team focused on R&D of testing equipment, methodologies, and environments for verifying future automated and connected transport systems. The consultant’s expertise will facilitate challenging tests for a safe and sustainable traffic environment.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Vehicle Technology, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a software developer in the industry.
- Strong programming skills in C++ and Python.
- Experience with various Linux distributions.
- Valid Swedish B driver's license.
- Good collaboration skills and responsibility for task completion.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with IoT devices (e.g., OpenWRT, embedded software).
- Knowledge of mathematical modeling of vehicle dynamics.
- Experience in sensor development, particularly radar sensors.
- 5+ years of experience as a software developer in the industry.
- Experience with heavy vehicles is a plus.
- Familiarity with Git.
