Software Developer - C#&React - onsite Location: Dublin or Shannon, 5 days/week onsite Permanent: €70 - 85K base + outstanding benefits

As a Software Developer, you'll work across the full software development lifecycle, building high-quality web, desktop, and AI-enabled solutions within a collaborative, quality-first engineering environment.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using C#, .NET, ASP.NET MVC, React, and JavaScript
- Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions while contributing to solution design and project planning
- Build clean, maintainable code and collaborate closely with QA to deliver high-quality software
- Work with cross-functional teams including Architecture, Infrastructure, Business Analysis, Testing, and Digital Operations
- Support deployments, user acceptance testing, release management, and continuous improvement initiatives
About You
- 3+ years' experience as a Software Developer or Software Engineer within a commercial environment
- Strong experience with C#, .NET, ASP.NET MVC, React, JavaScript, SQL Server and/or Oracle (PL/SQL)
- Experience developing REST APIs, web services, responsive web applications, and unit tests
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS or Azure), Azure DevOps, Git, and modern development tools
- A proactive, collaborative mindset with strong problem-solving and communication skills
