Software Engineer
Summary
Capgemini is hiring a Software Engineer in Bangalore to provide L2 production support for CEGID Y2 POS applications in 24x7 retail store environments. Day-to-day work covers incident handling, root cause analysis, and fixes across sales, store operations, inventory, loyalty, pricing and promotions, using SQL, ITIL processes and ServiceNow.

Your Role
- Experience in CEGID Y2 POS application
Core Functional understanding of CEGID Y2 POS application. - Experience in POS applications.
- Experienced in 24*7 retail stores production support, which includes providing level 2 support for application support and system monitoring for backend interfaces.
- Root Cause Analysis on issues.
- Production Support Experience.
- Experience in Implementation, Development, Analysis and need to interact with process owners / SME’s on solutions
- Ability to handle L2 fixes on
• Sales
• Store Operations Management
• Inventory Management
• Loyalty issues
• Pricing and promotions
Your Profile
Added advantage : CEGID Certified
Should have good knowledge on all POS applications, SQL & ITIL (Incident, Request, Change management) & Servicenow Ticketing tool.
