Software Engineer (Carpark Systems)
Summary
The Software Engineer will design, develop, and maintain desktop applications for car parking systems, including hardware integration and troubleshooting. The role requires proficiency in React, Node.js, and SQL Server.
Job Details:
Location: Kallang
Salary: $3500 - $4200
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
First year under 1 year contract, convertible to permanent
Job Responsibilities:
Maintain, improve, design and develop desktop application software for car parking related systems
Develop and enhance software features to meet system and operational requirements
Perform software testing, debugging and troubleshooting to ensure system reliability
Analyse and resolve software issues and technical problems encountered during system operation
Integrate software applications with hardware devices and related parking system components
Collaborate with engineers and other teams to design and implement system improvements
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, software specifications and development records
Job Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
At least 2 years of software development experience.
Experience in React and JavaScript.
Experience in developing backend applications using Node.js.
Experience in developing RESTful APIs.
Experience with SQL Server, including writing SQL queries and Stored Procedures.
