About the Role
You'll join the Engineering team at a Series B fintech SaaS company, building and scaling end-to-end production systems for a complex B2B product. This is a full-stack role spanning thoughtful, performant UIs to complex data modeling and large-scale integrations, where you'll own features from conception through launch and work directly with stakeholders to solve real problems.

Build shared abstractions and experiences that make complex products intuitive.
Raise the engineering bar through excellent code, thoughtful reviews, and clear communication.
What We're Looking For
3+ years building end-to-end production systems for B2B products, with experience owning features from conception through launch.
Strong full-stack fundamentals: ability to trace requests from UI to data store and make sound technical decisions across frontend, backend, and data layers.
Proficiency with TypeScript and React for frontend development.
Proficiency with Node.js and Python for backend development.
Experience with relational databases (Postgres) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB).
Experience with Google Cloud Platform for cloud infrastructure and deployment.
Experience building data pipelines, ETL processes, or working with large-scale data systems.
Background as a founder, engineering lead, or startup builder demonstrating high agency and a builder's mindset.
Pragmatic approach: choosing the fewest and simplest tools that will actually work.
Familiarity with BigQuery or similar data warehouse technologies is a plus.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g. GitHub Actions) and observability tools (e.g. Datadog) is a plus.
Exposure to Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), finance technology, or data integration domains is a bonus.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $75,000 to $265,000 USD annually.
