What You’ll Be Doing

As a Software Engineer, you'll contribute to the development and ongoing enhancement of software solutions that deliver real value to our customers. Working as part of a collaborative Agile team, you'll apply modern engineering practices to build secure, scalable and high-quality applications while continuously improving the way we deliver technology.

Software Development: Develop and maintain scalable, secure and reliable digital products and services. Write clean, well-tested code, follow established engineering standards, and contribute to code reviews to support the delivery of high-quality software.

Technical Strategy & Innovation: Contribute to technical design discussions, technology selection and solution development. Participate in Agile ceremonies and embrace DevSecOps principles, with a focus on automation, CI/CD, security and continuous improvement.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication: Collaborate effectively with developers, product owners, project managers and solution architects to deliver business outcomes. Communicate technical concepts clearly and contribute to a positive and high-performing team culture.

Continuous Learning & Growth: Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies and engineering best practices. Actively participate in knowledge sharing, team initiatives and professional development opportunities.

AI & Emerging Technologies: Utilise AI-powered tools and emerging technologies to improve development efficiency, automate routine tasks, enhance code quality, and accelerate software delivery while maintaining security, governance and engineering standards.

What Sets You Apart

• 3+ years of software development experience in full-stack environments.
• Expertise in JavaScript (React) and/or Java, and Node.js.
• Experience with AWS cloud technologies, serverless and event-driven architectures.
• Experience with modern CI/CD practices, observability, and end-to-end software development.
• Exposure to AI-assisted development tools and a passion for leveraging emerging technologies to improve productivity, code quality, testing, and software delivery outcomes.
• Experience in regulated industries and hybrid delivery models is desirable.
