Software Engineer Connectivity

You will design, develop, test, and deploy high-performance backend systems and services focused on trading connectivity. You will own end-to-end liquidity-provider integrations, from gathering requirements and coordinating with external technical teams through production deployment. You will troubleshoot complex integration issues and improve platform scalability, reliability, security, and performance. You will collaborate with product, engineering, support, and clients to deliver solutions supporting the full trade lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, test, and deploy high-performance backend systems and services focused on trading connectivity
• Integrate new liquidity providers into the Talos network
• Own the end-to-end integration process from requirements gathering through production deployment
• Interface with external providers' technical teams
• Improve platform scalability, reliability, security, and performance
• Collaborate with product, engineering, support, and clients to support the full trade lifecycle

Requirements

• 2–5 years of software engineering experience
• Experience with Go or Java
• Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Ability to assess, troubleshoot, and debug complex integration issues
• Experience building sophisticated high-performance, reliable backend systems
• Written and verbal communication skills
