Role Overview
We are seeking aSoftwareEngineer to drive the end-to-endsoftwaredevelopment lifecycle (SDLC) for high-performance enterprise applications. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions by gathering requirements, designing database architectures, and delivering robust web-based systems.

- Requirement Analysis:Gather and analyze user needs to create technical application specifications.
- System Development:Design, test, implement, and maintain scalable web applications.
- Database & Architecture:Architect relational databases and implement data integration solutions.
- Project Delivery:Deliver project tasks independently while managing vendor timelines.
Technical Requirements
CoreSoftwareEngineering
- Backend Development:Deep proficiency in Java, Java Enterprise Edition (JEE), and Spring Framework (Boot, Batch, Web).
- Persistence Frameworks:Strong hands-on experience with Hibernate and Java Persistence API (JPA).
- Frontend Web Development:Web UI frameworks including Angular/AngularJS, React, PrimeFaces, and Struts.
- Languages & Standards:JavaScript, HTML, Extensible Markup Language (XML), and Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD)
Cloud, Databases & Infrastructure
- Cloud Platform:Production-level experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- Relational Databases:DB2, MS SQL, and Oracle.
- Web Services & Integration:REST, SOAP, AJAX, JavaServer Faces (JSF), Web Services, and Service Component Architecture (SCA).
- Operating Systems:Linux, Unix (Solaris), and Windows.
- App & Web Servers:JBoss (WildFly), WebLogic, WebSphere, Apache Webserver, and Microsoft IIS.
- Tools:Eclipse, JDeveloper, NetBeans, and Web IDEs
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience:Minimum 5 years of experience in systems analysis, application design, and quality assurance.
- Soft Skills:Outstanding communication, project management, and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Autonomy:Proven ability to work independently with stakeholders during requirements gathering.
- Quality Control:High proficiency in using tools for testing and deployment validation.
Preferred Skills (Good-to-Have)
- Legacy systems exposure in COBOL, CICS, and DB2.
