Software Engineer, Data and Automation
About the company
Our client is a fast-growing technology company.
The role
Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Work directly with external research teams to shape, build and quality-check the datasets they rely on. What you'll do
- Partner with researchers to define dataset requirements and review early samples before scaling up production.
- Build data pipelines and automated workflows for generating tasks, preparing reference outputs and validating results.
- Create quality checks and grading approaches together with subject matter experts.
- Spot unclear instructions, wrong answers and tasks that encourage unintended behavior.
- Investigate issues found in review or delivery, fix root causes and apply the lessons to future datasets.
