They have already handled hundreds of thousands of patient interactions across care companies, health systems, and a large insurer, and are scaling quickly after a recent raise.

The Role
You'll build and operate production full-stack features that power AI-driven healthcare communication, working closely with product, design, and senior engineers to turn real customer needs into shipped software.
What you'll be doing
- Build and operate production full-stack features across AI-driven healthcare workflows
- Integrate with EHRs, legacy healthcare systems, and real-time voice infrastructure
- Partner with product, design, and senior engineers to ship customer-facing software
- Debug and improve reliability, performance, and scalability across live systems
- Contribute to technical discussions, code reviews, and engineering best practices
Tech stack: TypeScript, React, Node.js, PostgreSQL
Requirements
- 2 to 6 years of experience as a full-stack software engineer
- A track record of taking production software from an early idea to launch, with real end-to-end ownership
- Strong core engineering skills, ideally across a modern full-stack setup (Node.js, TypeScript, React, and PostgreSQL are a plus)
- A product mindset and a strong eye for intuitive, well-designed user experiences
- A computer science degree or an equivalent technical background
- At least one clear standout signal in your background, such as a top program, a recognized VC-backed startup, a fast growth trajectory, or compelling side projects

- Hands-on experience with LLMs and voice technologies
