This role is for one of our pillars of work called Metric RCA (Root cause analysis), covering mainly 2 topics:
Remediation: Canonical dashboards/alerts, data replay and automated RCA to resolve metric anomalies.
Prevention: Synthetic end-to-end testing and deployment-integrated metric signals that catch regressions before they reach production.
What you'll work on
Build and maintain monitoring dashboards and automated RCA processes for AI-related metrics
Develop data replay capabilities to reconstruct and validate metrics
Design and implement unified alerting across metric streams
Build synthetic test infrastructure for metric signal validation
Integrate metric quality signals directly into deployment pipelines
