Software Engineer Developer Experience

Own customer integrations across mobile and web SDKs, portal pages, and related systems. Translate developer needs into product requirements, implement solutions, identify experience gaps, create integration documentation, and refine the product with customers.

Responsibilities

• Work across mobile and web SDKs, portal pages, and the technical stack
• Identify, prioritize, and scope improvements to the end-to-end developer experience
• Maintain compatibility with relevant crypto infrastructure frameworks
• Develop elegant solutions for developer and end-user needs
• Iterate and refine the product with customers
• Own end-to-end developer experience matters

Requirements

• 3+ years of engineering experience
• Background in developer relations and/or product
• Familiarity with React, TypeScript, Node.js, and React Native
• Excellent internal and customer-facing communication skills
• Ability to write clear technical documentation and integration guides
• Ability to communicate technical concepts through documentation, code examples, API references, and customer-facing materials
• Experience with crypto development practices
• Experience independently delivering large initiatives from idea to production
• Familiarity with technical, design, security, and regulatory constraints in key management
