Software Engineer (Entry-Level) - C++
Summary
Develop and maintain high-performance C++ systems for trading infrastructure, implementing features and solving technical problems while collaborating with Quant and Trading teams.
You will maintain and develop high-performance C++ systems that support core business operations. You will handle day-to-day system upkeep, implement lower-risk feature requests, execute individual projects, solve complex technical problems, and collaborate with Quant and Trading stakeholders on reliable, efficient, scalable solutions.

Requirements
- Pursuing a bachelor's, master's, or Ph.D. in computer science, engineering, mathematics, physics, or an equivalent technical field
- Graduating by August 2027
- Legal authorization to work in the United States on the first day of employment, including F-1 students using OPT or STEM
- Modern C++ programming experience using C++20 or later, with C++23 preferred
- Experience with distributed systems, parallel processing, asynchronous architectures, networking, protocol encoding or decoding, lock-free data structures and algorithms, performance profiling, or scripting
- Familiarity with GDB, Valgrind, or address sanitizer
- Ability to communicate with non-technical stakeholders and work independently
