Software Engineer (Equity)

Compensation: €140k – €200k

Role Summary As one of the first engineers at Suitpax, you'll play a core role in building and scaling the platform. You’ll work directly with the founders to design, develop, and ship key product features — and influence both the architecture and culture of our engineering team. We’re looking for a builder with product taste, startup energy, and a hands-on mentality. Responsibilities Develop and own full-stack features across frontend and backend Collaborate with product, design, and operations to deliver value fast Help shape architecture, scalability, and performance from day one Maintain high-quality code, testing, and developer experience standards Work async, remote, and with autonomy.
