Software Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain scalable Fullstack systems using Python (FastAPI/Flask), Golang or Node.
• Develop and integrate LLM-based systems, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines, and GenAI workflows.
• Build and deploy high-performance APIs and backend services for AI-driven applications.
• Collaborate directly with US product and engineering teams to deliver production-grade software.
• Ensure strong performance, reliability, and code quality across all solutions.
• Contribute to system architecture decisions and bring innovative problem-solving approaches.

Requirements:

• 3-8 years of hands-on backend development experience.
• Proficiency in Python (FastAPI, Flask) and/or Golang or Node.
• Experience working with LLMs, RAG systems, and AI/ML integrations (e. g., LangChain, OpenAI APIs, vector databases).
• Strong understanding of system design, APIs, and distributed architectures.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Comfortable working remotely with partial US time zone overlap (evening calls as needed).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Familiarity with modern DevOps workflows and CI/CD.
• Prior experience in startups or fast-paced transformation environments.
