About the Department:

The FTS Data Integration team develops and supports data integration capabilities for investment accounting platforms. The team works across engineering functions to build, enhance, and maintain integration frameworks, scheduler services, and reporting solutions. Team members collaborate on design, development, and platform improvements while gaining exposure to AI-enabled development practices and modern technologies.

• You will develop and enhance data integration solutions.
• You will design and build software components.
• You will create and modify reports based on requirements.
• You will optimize report performance and efficiency.
• You will support and improve integration frameworks.
• You will work across technologies supporting investment accounting systems.

Team & Collaboration:

• You will collaborate with cross-functional and engineering teams.
• You will contribute to end-to-end solution delivery.
• You will provide Tier 3 application support.

Experience, Education & Certifications:

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in financial services or investment banking is preferred.
• Experience with data quality solutions is advantageous.

Technical Skills:

• Strong experience in report development and automation.
• Experience tuning report performance.
• Strong SQL and database development skills.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle PL/SQL.
• Proficiency in Java, Spring, and Spring Integration.
• Experience with Unix environments.
• Knowledge of AngularJS, ReactJS, and Python.
• Understanding of Agile, SDLC, and STLC practices.

Soft Skills:

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Effective use of AI-powered development tools.
• Ability to create and refine AI prompts.
• Critical evaluation of AI-generated outputs.
• Awareness of AI limitations and risks.
• Continuous learning mindset for emerging technologies.
