Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain trading systems, market data platforms, and internal tools
- Optimize system performance, stability, and scalability
- Develop monitoring, alerting, and automation tools to ensure reliable day-to-day operations
- Collaborate closely with quantitative researchers and traders to turn strategies into robust, deployable systems
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Engineering, or a related field
- Software engineering skills and knowledge of data and trading are preferred
- Strong programming skills in any language (Rust / Python / C++ preferred)
- Good sense of system design and solid engineering practices
- Familiarity with Linux environments and common development tools
- Mandarin Chinese is the primary daily working language
Preferred
- Experience with high-speed, multi-threaded / high-concurrency technologies
- Passion for building high-speed, high-performance server systems
