Software Engineer (Frontend Development Engineer)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Software Engineer (Frontend Development Engineer). The successful candidate will support the development, implementation and maintenance of web-based AIoT platforms and smart manufacturing applications.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and enhance web-based AIoT platforms for desktop, tablet and mobile applications.

• Perform system integration, testing, troubleshooting and technical support.

• Develop and maintain front-end interfaces, UI/UX features and data visualizations.

• Integrate factory automation systems, Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and equipment interfaces.

• Maintain server-side applications and support system deployment.

• Collaborate with internal departments and overseas R&D teams on system implementation and improvements.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or a related field.

• Proficiency in Mandarin is required for technical communication and coordination with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and R&D teams.

• Proficient in Python programming.

• Familiar with FastAPI, Flask and Django frameworks.

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of MySQL databases.

• Knowledge of JavaScript, Java, C++ or C will be an advantage.

• Familiar with GitHub, AI development tools and remote collaboration platforms.

• Strong problem-solving skills and interest in IoT and smart manufacturing applications.

• Fresh graduates with relevant technical knowledge are encouraged to apply.
