Software Engineer - Full Stack

We are looking for a passionate Software Engineer - Full Stack responsible for building and maintaining software products end-to-end, from backend services and APIs to user-facing interfaces, with a strong focus on scalability, performance, security, and user experience.

• Writing reusable, testable, and efficient code across both backend and frontend.
• Designing and implementing scalable, low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications.
• Developing backend services using Python and frameworks such as FastAPI or Flask.
• Building responsive and user-friendly interfaces using JavaScript and modern frontend frameworks, such as Vue, React.
• Managing the interchange of data between the server and clients through well-designed REST APIs.
• Creating and maintaining database schemas that effectively represent and support business processes.
• Implementing secure authentication and authorization flows using OAuth 2.0, JWT, and related security mechanisms.
• Managing application state, sessions, cookies, and other client-server interactions.
• Contributing to application architecture, including multi-process, asynchronous, and microservice-based systems where appropriate.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, maintainable, and user-focused software solutions.

• At least 3 years of professional software development experience spanning both backend and frontend.
• BSc or MSc in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.
• Strong proficiency in Python, with hands-on experience in at least one web framework (e.g., FastAPI or Flask).
• Strong professional experience in JavaScript, with knowledge of modern frontend frameworks (Vue, React).
• Knowledge of containerization technology such as Docker, and code versioning tools such as Git.
• Understanding of REST architecture and experience building/consuming APIs.
• Understanding of Python's threading limitations and multi-process architecture.
• Understanding of State, Session, and Cookie management.
• Understanding of OAuth 2.0 protocol and its implementations, JWT tokens, etc.
• Able to create database schemas that represent and support business processes.
• Solid understanding of front-end fundamentals: JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3.
• Ability to translate provided UI/UX designs into production-ready frontend code with pixel-level fidelity.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with cloud platforms with a developer perspective (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions workflows.
• Understanding of Gen AI & relevant technologies (RAG, Vector DB, etc).
• Familiarity with Celery, Redis, or other async/task queue tools.
• Knowledge of testing frameworks (pytest, Jest, React Testing Library).
• Working knowledge of design systems sufficient to correctly interpret and implement UI/UX team deliverables without constant back-and-forth.
