Software Engineer - Full Stack (.NET/Python)
Summary
Mid-level full-stack engineer on Infor's platform engineering team in Hyderabad, building production services in Python and C# with Angular UIs on AWS (Bedrock, SageMaker, Lambda, EKS), and integrating LLM capabilities via Anthropic Claude APIs, MCP, and agentic frameworks while contributing to AI governance features.
This role is the mid-level counterpart to the Senior Engineer position, covering the same technology surface with less design autonomy expected. The candidate will build production services primarily in Python, C#, develop UI functionality using Angular, and contribute to AI-enabled platform capabilities.
The Software Engineer will work with AWS services, Anthropic Claude APIs, MCP integrations, and agentic frameworks while developing practical familiarity with AI Governance capabilities across explain, observe, and prevent patterns over time.
- Build production services in Python, C#, and related service technologies based on designs set by Senior Engineers, leads, or managers
- Develop corresponding UI functionality using Angular
- Build and integrate features using AWS services such as Bedrock, SageMaker, Lambda, and EKS
- Integrate LLM-backed capabilities using Anthropic Claude APIs, MCP, and related platform services
- Contribute to AI Governance capabilities across explain, observe, and prevent areas as directed, developing familiarity with all three over time
- Write unit, integration, and service-level tests to support reliable production delivery
- Participate in code reviews, incorporate feedback, and contribute to maintainable implementation patterns
- Estimate own work, communicate progress clearly, and flag risks, dependencies, or scope concerns early
- Solid engineering fundamentals and hands-on experience shipping production code
- Working proficiency in Python and PostgreSQL, with additional hands-on experience or familiarity in C#
- Working proficiency in Angular
- Hands-on experience using an AI coding tool in daily development work, such as Claude Code, AWS Kiro, OpenAI Codex, or a comparable AI-assisted coding tool
- Basic familiarity with AWS services, including compute and serverless capabilities
- Baseline AI literacy, including understanding how AI works, where it can go wrong, where it is useful, and how to direct it effectively
- Ability to evaluate AI-generated outputs before relying on them and use AI-assisted tools responsibly within team standards and review processes
- Demonstrable exposure to LangChain, LangGraph, or a comparable agentic framework is a plus and can be developed further on the job
- Direct exposure to LLM-backed products, APIs, or AI-enabled production capabilities
- Practical experience with Anthropic Claude APIs, MCP integrations, or comparable LLM integration patterns
- Experience working with AWS Bedrock, SageMaker, Lambda, EKS, or comparable cloud-native services
- Prior experience contributing to AI Governance, observability, explainability, prevention, or responsible AI platform capabilities
