Software Engineer (Full Stack)

Summary

Builds and integrates full-stack enterprise systems, APIs, and cloud-native services using .NET/Java/Python and modern DevOps practices.

  • Integrating enterprise systems across training management platforms, business applications, analytics systems and workflow solutions.
  • Designing, developing and maintaining APIs, middleware services, connectors and other mechanisms that enable system interoperability.
  • Developing and integrating full-stack applications across web interfaces, backend services, databases and enterprise platforms.
  • Modernising existing applications and migrating legacy systems towards service-oriented and cloud-enabled architectures.
  • Supporting the onboarding, deployment, operationalisation and ongoing sustainment of applications within enterprise cloud environments.
  • Designing and implementing authentication, access control, security and governance requirements.
  • Sustaining operational applications through troubleshooting, performance optimisation and system enhancements.
  • Preparing technical documentation, architecture artefacts, integration specifications and implementation guides.
  • Supporting the onboarding and integration of externally developed products into existing enterprise ecosystems.
  • Working closely with stakeholders to translate operational requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Requirement

  • Backend development using .NET, Java, Spring Boot, Node.js or Python.
  • API design and integration using REST, GraphQL or OpenAPI.
  • Databases and data integration involving SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL or MongoDB.
  • Cloud technologies and DevOps practices.
  • Containerisation and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
  • CI/CD pipelines, automated testing and established software-engineering best practices.
  • Identity and access management, security implementation and enterprise integration patterns.
