Software Engineer, Full Stack

About the Role

Join a small engineering team building an AI platform that automates procurement for large enterprises. In this individual contributor role, you will work across the stack and help shape core systems as the platform grows.

What You'll Do

• Learn the product, codebase, and customer needs to identify and solve high-value problems.

• Work across infrastructure, backend, and user interfaces as priorities change.

• Speak with enterprise customers to understand procurement challenges and translate insights into product improvements.

• Design and own Python-based AI agent systems that work with fragmented enterprise data.

• Collaborate with engineering leadership and teammates on platform architecture and scaling.

What We're Looking For

• Three to seven years of software engineering experience, with production code experience across the full stack.

• Strong Python skills, or proficiency in another language and the ability to ramp up quickly.

• Experience building core systems, distributed systems, or data pipelines.

• Familiarity with AI agents, LLMs, infrastructure, workflow automation, system design, or graph-based data systems is valuable.

• A curious, self-directed approach, sound technical judgment, and strong collaboration skills with engineers and customers.

• Experience in procurement, supply chain, or software serving industrial businesses is a plus. A range of technical education and career backgrounds are welcome.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary is $200,000 to $350,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
