Software Engineer - Golang
Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Go (Golang) code.
- Develop RESTful APIs and backend services for integration with frontend and third‑party systems.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including DevOps, QA, and frontend engineers, to deliver robust solutions.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to Go development best practices.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and performance.
- Debug and troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Contribute to technical documentation and maintain version control using Git.
- Work closely with the customer’s technical teams to align deliverables and ensure smooth integration with existing systems.
Qualifications
Required Skills & Experience
- 1–5 years of hands‑on backend development experience using Go (Golang).
- Strong understanding of:
- Concurrency
- Goroutines
- Go channels
- Experience in RESTful APIdevelopment and microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases such as:
- PostgreSQL
- MySQL
- MongoDB
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with CI/CDpipelines.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Good understanding of:
- Software design patterns
- Testing frameworks
- Version control systems (Git)
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a customer environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Prior experience working on‑site with enterprise clients.
- Experience working within large‑scale distributed systems.
- Previous experience as a Go (Golang) Developer.
- Exposure to Agile methodologies and sprint‑based delivery cycles.
