Software Engineer - Golang
Summary

The role involves crafting scalable microservice architectures and enhancing backend systems while collaborating with various stakeholders. Roles & Responsibilities
- Craft well-architected microservice architectures for scalable backend systems.
- Collaborate with PMs and stakeholders in brainstorming and refining feature requirements.
- Improve and refactor existing codebases for better maintainability and performance.
- Solve complex technical challenges and evaluate new technologies.
- Design and implement security control mechanisms for services and data.
- Lead incident response efforts and contribute to post-incident analysis.
- Build observability into systems for effective monitoring and debugging.
- Lead technical projects, manage deliverables, and ensure team alignment.
- Adhere to company policies and achieve assigned targets.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in a strongly typed programming language, such as Go or Java.
- Hands-on experience with relational and non-relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, Redis, Spanner).
- Proficiency with message brokers such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
- Proven experience in developing well-architected APIs and microservices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Clear understanding of the distinction between coding and software engineering.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects and manage deliverables.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with cloud integration and deployment.
