Software Engineer Graduate (Start ASAP)

Summary

Build and maintain software systems for Amdocs, a global provider of communication and media software solutions, using Java/C++ and React.

Design, develop, and maintain software systems at Amdocs, a leader in communication and media software solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

Design, develop, modify, debug, and maintain software code according to specifications.
Follow Amdocs software engineering standards, development methodologies, and release processes.
Demo software products to stakeholders.
Investigate issues by reviewing/debugging code, provide fixes and workarounds, and review changes for operability.
Collaborate within a team, participate in peer code reviews, and work with cross-functional teams.
Assume technical accountability for specific work products and provide technical support during solution design.
Seek innovation, continuous improvement, and efficiency in assigned tasks.

The company is looking for:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or IT-related field.
Open to fresh graduates (Year 2024/2025).
0-11 months relevant work experience preferred.
Working knowledge and/or experience in programming languages such as JAVA or C++, React, Unix Shell Scripting, Perl.
Working knowledge and/or experience in Unix and SQL.
Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle.
Preferably with telecommunications background and internship experience.
Willingness to work in a hybrid setup (3x per week), dayshift in BGC, Taguig City or Ortigas, Pasig City.
Available for local hiring only (Philippines).
