Software Engineer

Salary: RM 3,500 – RM 5,000 per month

Job Description:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications based on business and operational requirements.

• Work with internal departments to understand requirements and translate them into practical technical solutions.

• Write clean, efficient, and well-structured code following coding standards and best practices.

• Troubleshoot and debug software issues, identify root causes, and provide timely solutions.

• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and reliability.

• Develop and integrate software applications with existing systems and platforms to ensure smooth system connectivity.

• Monitor and improve software performance, scalability, and functionality, while supporting other software development activities when required.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in software development, with a good understanding of software engineering principles and practices.

• Hands-on experience in developing and maintaining software applications.

• Knowledge of cloud platforms, web services, databases, or system integration will be an added advantage.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with good communication skills and the ability to work independently or collaboratively with different teams.
