Software Engineer

HBK - Hottinger Brüel & Kjær is seeking a Software Engineer to build the future of autonomous driving. You will develop cutting-edge real-time virtual sensor models and integrate standards for automotive applications using Unreal Engine, with a strong emphasis on C++ and Python.

Ideal candidates will be based in Italy, living near Udine or Torino, and able to work from home 50% of the time and in the office 50% of the time. A passion for simulation and sensors is a plus.

Develop real-time virtual sensor models. Integrate reference open standards. Interact with technical partners. Validate simulation results against experimental data. Proficiency in C++ and Python programming. Experience with sensor physics. Familiarity with game development technologies, especially Unreal Engine.
