About the Opportunity

HireLogic is partnering with an early-stage, venture-backed company building modern data infrastructure and custom AI-powered solutions for alternative investment firms.

This is a highly hands-on, forward-deployed engineering role where you’ll work directly with customers, turn complex data challenges into technical roadmaps, and ship production solutions across the full stack.

What You’ll Do

• Own products from customer discovery through production deployment
• Build across backend, frontend, infrastructure, and AI
• Work directly with asset managers and their portfolio companies
• Design and manage customer-specific technical roadmaps
• Build production systems powered by LLMs and AI agents
• Collaborate closely with a small, highly technical founding team

What They’re Looking For

• 2–6 years of software-engineering experience
• Strong full-stack development skills
• Interest in customer-facing applied AI work
• High ownership and comfort operating with ambiguity
• A genuine passion for software engineering and impactful product development
• Willingness to work from the NYC office five days per week

Tech Stack

Python, FastAPI, Temporal, dbt, Terraform, AWS, React, Docker, and LLMs
