Summary

Build backend services for secure cross-chain message execution, improving EVM protocol reliability and reducing transaction latency while contributing to protocol security and scalability.

You will build and evolve backend services for secure cross-chain message execution. You will improve EVM protocol reliability and transaction latency, create incident-response tooling, contribute to protocol security initiatives, and participate in technical design discussions that improve scalability.

Responsibilities

  • Build and evolve backend services for secure, reliable cross-chain message execution
  • Improve protocol reliability for EVM chains
  • Reduce cross-chain transaction latency through RPC and protocol optimizations
  • Develop internal tooling for diagnosing and resolving production issues
  • Contribute to protocol security initiatives
  • Participate in technical design discussions that improve protocol architecture and scalability

Requirements

  • Backend engineering with Go, Rust, or TypeScript
  • Experience delivering software in crypto projects or remote-first engineering organizations
  • Distributed-systems design with security and reliability principles
  • Experience maintaining resilient production backend systems
  • Experience contributing to engineering design discussions and technical decision-making
