Software Engineer II - Backend

Collaborate with the Product Team to understand product requirements and provide technical expertise.
Analyze, design, test, and structure solutions to deliver high‑quality software that meets business needs.
Develop backend components using GoLang, Ruby on Rails, Java, or Python, ensuring accuracy and maintainability.
Document all coding steps to support future modifications and maintenance.
Investigate and resolve issues and bugs promptly.
Participate in code reviews, deliver review reports, and assist colleagues with review feedback.
Perform functional and module testing to verify solution functionality.
Assist in user trials and acceptance testing.
Follow all relevant policies, procedures, and processes to maintain a controlled work environment.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of processes, practices, and productivity.
Promote and support the implementation of policies and procedures within the organization.
Execute daily operations related to the role to ensure work continuity.
Prepare timely and accurate reports concerning the line of work to meet objectives and standards.
Ensure the satisfaction of internal and external customers by addressing their needs courteously and promptly.

4–5 years of experience in backend development using GoLang, Ruby on Rails (RoR), Java, or Python.
Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field is required; Master’s Degree is preferred.
Knowledge and understanding of software architecture, including Domain‑Driven Design (DDD), microservices, Kubernetes, and containerization.
