Software Engineer II

Position Overview

We are seeking a Technical SME to joing our team!

The Technical SME will own the technical governance of the Satellite product ecosystem, with a particular focus on Portal CRM.

The role will ensure:

• Product stability and reliability
• Security and compliance
• Technical consistency across solutions
• Execution of the technical roadmap
• Governance of AI-assisted software engineering practices

Responsibilities

• Lead stabilization and reliability initiatives across the Satellite portfolio.
• Drive security remediation, compliance activities, and technology modernization plans.
• Govern technical architecture and integration patterns.
• Support the future evolution and integration roadmap of Portal CRM.
• Review and validate AI-generated specifications, designs, code, and tests.
• Preserve and share critical technical knowledge to reduce single points of failure.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Java and enterprise software development.
• Experience modernizing and stabilizing business-critical applications.
• Knowledge of software architecture, APIs, integrations, and distributed systems.
• Experience with DevSecOps, CI/CD, software quality, and security practices.
• Ability to operate effectively within AI-assisted software development environments.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
