We are owners and advocates for the underlying design elements, developer platforms, product components, and infrastructure at Google. We look across Google’s products to build central solutions, break down technical barriers and strengthen existing systems. As the Core team, we have a mandate and a unique opportunity to impact important technical decisions across the company.Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $147000 - $210000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

• Design and implement scalable AI solutions for Google's enterprise functions leveraging enterprise AI best practices and foundational building blocks.
• Collaborate with ML engineers and leads on developing reusable enterprise AI primitives.
• Drive innovation in AI and agentic solutions that help transform Google's business functions.
• Partner with PM/UX in defining product roadmap and new feature scope.
• Lead by example and be direct.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience programming in Python or C++.
• 1 year of experience with applied machine learning.
• Experience architecting and developing distributed systems.

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical fields.
  
• 2 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
• Experience with core GenAI concepts (e.g., LLM, multi-modal, large vision models).
• Experience in concurrency, multithreading, and synchronization.
• Experience developing accessible technologies.
