We are seeking a senior backend software engineer to design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance software solutions, translating user requirements into software design and performance requirements.

We are seeking a senior backend software engineer to design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance software solutions, translating user requirements into software design and performance requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university
- Twenty (20) years experience as a SWE, in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity
- Twenty-four (24) years of development experience may be substituted for candidates without a qualifying bachelor’s degree
- Experience designing, developing, testing, deploying, maintaining, and enhancing software solutions
- Experience analyzing user requirements to derive software design and performance requirements
- Experience conducting design and code reviews
- Experience working on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors
- Experience using Jira and Confluence
- Experience with the following software development skills:
- Git
- Java, C++, and/or Python
- Relational databases, such as PostgreSQL
