Core Responsibilities & Skills
- At least 6 years of hands‑on experience as a Software Engineer in an agile environment
- Object‑oriented Java development (mandatory)
- React development (mandatory)
- Automated testing (mandatory)
- Evolutionary design
- CI/CD environment proficiency
- Performance problem isolation and resolution
Preferred Experience
- Spring application development
- Team leadership
- Extreme Programming practices and principles
- Cloud architecture and 12‑factor applications
- Continuous improvement
- AI utilization to accelerate delivery while maintaining quality
