Software Engineer (Infor CSI)
Summary
Builds and enhances enterprise software at the intersection of payment processing, ERP systems, and modern web development, working with Infor CloudSuite Industrial/SyteLine or Mongoose to customize apps, develop integrations, and create full-stack web solutions using .NET, Angular, SQL, and REST/SOAP APIs.

Accountabilities:
- Develop, configure, and customize applications within the Infor CloudSuite Industrial (CSI)/SyteLine platform to support business processes and operational requirements.
- Build integrations between the Infor platform and third-party applications to extend functionality and improve system capabilities.
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies.
- Create seamless connections between user interfaces, backend services, databases, and enterprise systems.
- Work closely with business analysts, stakeholders, and other developers to understand requirements and deliver high-quality technical solutions.
- Participate in application design, development, testing, troubleshooting, and ongoing maintenance.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues within the Infor CloudSuite environment and associated integrations.
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs, SOAP integrations, and services supporting enterprise applications.
- Contribute to code reviews by assessing implementation quality and providing constructive feedback to development colleagues.
- Support deployment activities and work with relevant Infor cloud platform and deployment tools.
- Identify opportunities to improve application performance, reliability, maintainability, and integration capabilities.
- Maintain a collaborative approach to development while ensuring solutions align with business requirements and technical standards.
- 3+ years of professional experience working with Infor CloudSuite Industrial/SyteLine or Mongoose, including development, customization, configuration, and integration.
- Strong full-stack web development experience, including front-end and back-end application development.
- Proficiency with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, or comparable modern frameworks.
- Strong experience with .NET and backend application development.
- Experience working with relational databases such as SQL Server, MySQL, or comparable database technologies.
- Practical experience developing and integrating RESTful APIs and SOAP services.
- Understanding of microservices architecture and enterprise application integration patterns.
- Familiarity with the Infor cloud platform and associated deployment tools.
- Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and analytical problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to translate business and technical requirements into effective software solutions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Team-oriented approach with a willingness to participate in code reviews and share technical knowledge.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple development and integration priorities.
