Software Engineer Infrastructure

You will own cloud infrastructure and the developer platform built on it. You will define infrastructure in code, improve CI/CD, manage capacity and costs, strengthen security and compliance, and build reliable tooling that makes software delivery fast and safe.

Responsibilities

• Own AWS multi-account architecture, networking, IAM, and container orchestration
• Define and manage infrastructure as code
• Model growth, right-size infrastructure, and automate cost controls
• Build developer-platform pipelines, environments, and tooling
• Improve CI/CD performance, safety, and throughput
• Harden infrastructure through threat modeling, least-privilege access, secrets management, and compliance tooling
• Architect for multi-region capability, isolation, and scale
• Evaluate and integrate infrastructure technologies that improve scalability, security, or engineering velocity

Requirements

• 5+ years building and operating cloud infrastructure
• Expertise with infrastructure-as-code tooling
• Production AWS experience including networking, IAM, and account architecture
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration
• Proficiency in Python, Go, or a similar automation language
• CI/CD pipeline expertise
• Knowledge of operating-system and networking concepts
• Experience with monitoring and observability tooling
• Experience securing cloud infrastructure, including IAM, secrets management, hardening, and audit readiness
