Software Engineer

<p><b>We are looking for a technically strong and customer-oriented Forward Deployment Engineer (FDE) to support the implementation, configuration, integration, and adoption of enterprise software platforms.</b></p><p><b>The FDE will work closely with Product, Business Analysts, Engineering, QA, and customer/project teams to onboard tenants, configure platform capabilities, validate integrations and data, troubleshoot implementation issues, and ensure successful go-live.</b></p><p><b>The role requires a combination of software engineering fundamentals, API/data skills, cloud awareness, problem-solving, and customer-facing communication</b></p><p><b>Lead and support tenant onboarding, platform configuration, environment readiness, and go-live activities.</b></p><p><b>Configure platform features based on approved business and implementation requirements.</b></p><p><b>Perform data mapping, data validation, and integration validation.</b></p><p><b>Support customer/project teams during implementation and post-go-live activities.</b></p><p></p><p><b>Create and maintain implementation and configuration documentation.</b></p>
