The selected candidates will get an opportunity to work on real-world software development projects, learn modern technologies, and contribute to the design, development, testing, and maintenance of technology solutions.</p><p class="isSelectedEnd">The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in programming concepts, good analytical and problem-solving skills, and a willingness to learn new technologies.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Understand business and technical requirements and contribute to solution development.</li><li>Develop, test, debug, and maintain software applications under the guidance of senior team members.</li><li>Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.</li><li>Participate in application testing, troubleshooting, and bug fixing.</li><li>Work with databases and perform basic database operations.</li><li>Participate in code reviews and follow established development standards.</li><li>Collaborate with developers, testers, business analysts, and other stakeholders.</li><li>Document technical solutions, processes, and application changes.</li><li>Learn and work with new technologies, tools, and development frameworks as required.</li><li>Follow software development lifecycle processes and organizational standards.</li></ul><h3>Technical Skills</h3><p class="isSelectedEnd">Candidates should have a basic understanding of:</p><ul><li><strong>Programming:</strong> Python / Angular /React and other programming language</li><li><strong>Database:</strong> NoSQL (MongoDB) fundamentals</li><li><strong>Web Technologies:</strong> HTML, CSS, JavaScript – an added advantage</li><li><strong>Data Structures & Algorithms:</strong> Basic understanding</li><li><strong>Object-Oriented Programming:</strong> Good concepts</li><li><strong>Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC):</strong> Basic understanding</li><li><strong>Version Control:</strong> Git/GitHub – an added advantage</li><li>Basic understanding of <strong>APIs and web services</strong> is desirable</li><li>Familiarity with AI/ML is desirable</li></ul><h3>Required Skills</h3><ul><li>Strong analytical and logical reasoning ability</li><li>Good problem-solving skills</li><li>Good verbal and written communication</li><li>Ability to work effectively in a team</li><li>Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies</li><li>Attention to detail</li><li>Ability to understand technical requirements and convert them into solutions</li></ul><h3>Preferred Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Academic or personal projects demonstrating programming knowledge</li><li>Internship or project experience in software development</li><li>Familiarity with cloud technologies, AI/ML, APIs, or modern development frameworks will be an advantage</li><li>Participation in coding competitions, hackathons, or technical communities is a plus</li></ul>
