Software Engineer Intern (Data Analysis)

We are seeking a Software Engineer Intern (Data Analysis) to join our high-tech R&D and engineering team on a 1-year contract basis. This role provides hands-on experience working with machine and production data that supports the development, validation, and continuous improvement of next-generation semiconductor equipment. Fresh graduates and candidates with limited industry experience are welcome to apply. We are looking for individuals with strong analytical skills, a passion for technology, and a willingness to learn in a dynamic engineering environment.

What you will do:

• Develop tools for collecting, cleaning, validating and organizing machines and production data.
• Implement automated data-quality checks to identify missing, inconsistent, duplicated or abnormal records.
• Build dataset preparation and annotation workflows supporting controlled AI development and system verification.
• Maintain traceability between source data, processed datasets, software configurations and evaluation results.
• Develop data-review utilities and generate data-quality reports for technical validation.

What you will need:

• Fresh graduate with bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Software Engineering, AI or a related discipline.
• Fresh graduates and candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL, with knowledge of structured and time-series data processing.
• Familiarity with databases, data transformation, dataset versioning and automated data-validation techniques.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and technical-documentation skills.
