Software Engineer Intern
About the job Company Description
Osynth is the AI growth engine for creator-led marketing — one platform where brands build an unlimited roster of AI creators, generate on-brand UGC, publish it across every social channel, and see in real time which creators, hooks, and channels actually convert. We're replacing the fragmented stack of character generators, schedulers, and analytics dashboards with a single workspace that gets smarter every week.
Founding Team Osynth is founded by a Harvard and Columbia MBA alum and former Goldman Sachs professional who is also a content creator with 85K+ followers. The team is advised by operators from MIT, YouTube, Netflix, Meta Ads, and YC-backed startups.
Role Description Software Engineering Intern, working directly alongside the founder. You'll own and build the core product end to end: AI creator/persona generation, multi-channel publishing (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube), a content calendar and scheduling system, and the analytics layer that turns performance data into next-best-action recommendations. This is hands-on, ship-weekly work — features go live in days, not sprints.
Responsibilities Build and ship full-stack features: frontend, backend, and third-party integrations. Integrate AI generation models (video, image, voice) into the content creation pipeline Build and maintain publishing integrations with TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube APIs Build out the content calendar, scheduling, and analytics/reporting surfaces Own features end to end, from design through deploy, with direct input into product decisions
Qualifications Currently pursuing, or recently completed, a degree in Computer Science or a related technical field Comfortable shipping production code in Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, or similar Full-stack experience (React/Next.js plus a backend/API layer); able to own a feature end to end Genuine interest in AI tooling — LLM APIs, image/video generation models, or agentic workflows Self-directed and comfortable with ambiguity and a fast-changing roadmap Bonus: experience with social platform APIs (TikTok, Meta, YouTube), video processing, or marketing/growth tooling
