Software Engineer Internal Tools

You will map internal workflows and turn manual processes into automated tools. You will build reconciliation systems, monitoring dashboards, alerts, back-office tools, and tools for stablecoin operations, risk, and anti-fraud. You will orchestrate real-time data through APIs, integrations, and databases, and document solutions clearly.

Responsibilities

• Map internal workflows and transform manual processes into automated tools
• Create systems for reconciliations, monitoring dashboards, alerts, and back-office operations
• Use APIs, integrations, and databases to orchestrate real-time data
• Implement internal tools for stablecoin operations, risk, and anti-fraud
• Create clear, scalable documentation for internal users
• Capture requirements and priorities with operations, finance, legal, and product functions

Requirements

• Backend or full-stack development experience
• Ability to understand processes and model workflows
• Interest in data, automation, scripts, and integrations
• Familiarity with internal tools, dashboards, pipelines, and databases
• Intermediate English
