Software Engineer International
You will build and scale infrastructure for international payments, multi-currency operations, and regional compliance. You will design accounting and reconciliation systems, integrate international banking rails, launch and mature market capabilities, and own solutions from architecture through production reliability and partner integrations.
Responsibilities
- Build payment infrastructure across countries, currencies, and regulatory regimes
- Design multi-currency accounting and reconciliation systems at scale
- Integrate with international banking systems and payment rails, including SEPA, BACS, and SWIFT
- Launch new markets and scale existing systems
- Collaborate with compliance, product, operations, and external partners on regional requirements
- Own solutions from architecture through production reliability and partner integrations
Requirements
- 5+ years of backend or platform engineering experience in high-scale production environments
- Strong systems design skills
- Experience building reliable and maintainable solutions from ambiguous requirements
- Experience working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments with independent ownership
- Comfort with distributed systems, performance optimization, and production reliability
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
