Software Engineer Java Backend

You will develop greenfield backend systems and improve existing services. You will build REST APIs and microservices supporting card payments, treasury management, transaction booking, and crypto liquidity. You will use Java, Postgres, and Spring Boot while applying clean-code practices, TDD, DDD, and continuous integration and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop greenfield systems and improve existing backend systems
• Build REST APIs and microservices
• Evolve systems supporting card payments, treasury management, transaction booking, and crypto liquidity
• Develop backend services using Java, Postgres, and Spring Boot
• Apply clean code, TDD, DDD, and continuous integration and delivery practices

Requirements

• Demonstrable backend development experience
• Fluency in Java
• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or another Engineering or Science discipline
• English fluency, verbal and written
• Track record of building complex products used by millions of people in hypergrowth startups
