Summary
Lead a team of 6–8 offshore Java developers, coordinate sprints, and deliver Spring Boot microservices on AWS while mentoring engineers.
Role: Java Lead / Onsite Coordinator Location: Local to Boston (W2 or C2C is acceptable) Start Date: Immediate. The hiring manager prefers someone who can join right away, so a C2C candidate would be ideal.
